A wonderful way to begin the day is with yoga every morning and evening. Explore the caverns and try rock climbing at the Bambaragala Meditation Caves with a guided tour. Stay the night at a reputed retreat in Digana, where you will be encircled by the tranquil atmosphere of nature.

Day 04

Paddleboard on the lake and attend a yoga class in the morning. A licensed massage therapist can help you relax by giving you a full-body massage. To round off your day, go to a yoga class in the evening. Return to a reputed retreat and stay the night.
